Hi! I’m so glad you found my blog.

My name is Olivia, and I love to help writers.

I already do that in a couple of ways—I work as a high school English teacher supporting students who may not even know they want to be writers yet and I buy books (lots and lots of them).

Most of you will never sit in my classroom (and most of you probably have no desire to go to back to high school) and I can’t buy books that haven’t been published yet—but I still want to support you in your writing journey.

That’s why I started this business, and that’s why this blog exists.

About one year ago, I decided to take everything that I’ve learned as a writer and writing teacher and use it to offer 1:1 services for writers.

As soon as I started editing & coaching, I realized that I absolutely love it. Seriously—this is what I’m meant to do. But editing & coaching have their limits. I’m here to help as many writers as possible, more than I could ever help with high-intensity, high-cost services.

That led to this blog—a resource that writers can access on their own time, no matter where they are in the writing process.

You can expect weekly posts with all the helpful craft advice I wished I’d had when I first started.
