Let’s break the process down further:
Step One: Organize — Before the work starts, we’ll identify a clear destination by honing in on your genre, ideal reader, publishing goals, and personal priorities as a writer.
Step Two: Analyze — Next, it’s time to dive into your manuscript to find out what’s already working (a.k.a., what you should do more of in draft two) and what isn’t quite hitting the mark.
Step Three: Strategize — Once we know what needs work, it’s time to brainstorm solutions to bridge the gap between the story you dreamed of writing and the reality of your current draft.
Step Four: Revise — Armed with specific strategies and actionable next steps, it’s time to get to work, rewriting & refining each part of your draft. Then, if necessary, we cycle back to step one, repeating until your book is 100% ready for your future readers to enjoy!
